Corporate Code of Business Conduct and Ethics
Perficient's Corporate Code of Business Conduct and Ethics sets forth the company's expectations regarding the conduct of employees and the company's directors while acting on the company's behalf and provides general guidelines for dealing with fellow employees, customers, vendors, stockholders, competitors, the communities in which we work, trading practices and more.
Financial Code of Ethics
Perficient's Financial Code of Ethics sets forth ethical principles by which the chief executive officer, chief financial officer and controller or principal accounting officer or, if no person holds any of such offices, the person or persons performing similar functions, are expected to conduct themselves in carrying out their duties and responsibilities.
Complaint and Reporting Procedures
Any person may submit a good faith complaint, report or concern regarding accounting or auditing matters relating to Perficient, Inc. (the "Company") or violations of the Company's policies to the management of the Company without fear of dismissal or retaliation of any kind. To facilitate reporting, the Company's Audit Committee has established these procedures.
